To get a better combustion, before light up, shorten the wicks of 5 mm. If there is plume of smoke , put off the candle and shorten the wick. Chip off all residual of wick trimmed.
Put off the candles choking the flame with an appropriate object that put off the candle or wash down the fire, bending the wick into coalesced wax, therefore put the wick in the vertical position, you'llget by non essential smoke and smell of burned wick, therefore the wick will be well waxed and ready for a new ignition. The candlese are sensitive from light and from temperature. When you keep candles for a long time, rememberyou to keep them in a oper air and dry place, keeping away from light sun and fluorescent lamps. Candles exposed to intense cold, can split, candles exposed to intense hot, can deform or melt down. When you buy candles, remember you do not leave them into cars in a hot day. |
