Informations according to law of 31 december 1996 number 675/96.

According to law of 31 december 1996 number 675/96 in array of protection of consumers' interests ("L. 675/96), in respect to processing of personal data, on dit that personal data gathered will be object of processing (as explained by art. 1, paragraph b) L. 675/96), by means of filing system computerized in own information system and they will not used by others.

- The art. 13 of L. 675/96, attributes a series of rights in respect to processing of personal data, among which:

1) the right to know the existence of processing of personal data;

2) the right to obtain news, correction or integration of personal data and their deletion, novelization anonymous form or their block-system if modifyed in breach of law;

3) the right to defy to processing pursuant to aim as above-mentioned only for great cause;

4) the right to defy to processing of data in order to business or promotional informations, in order to sending of copywriter material or to completion of market research.
